Policy & Terms

We accept returns/exchanges on defective merchandise only. There are no refunds. Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, and must be returned no later than 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item, if that item is out of stock, the appropriate dollar amount will be credited to your account. All merchandise returned, must be in it’s original packaging, new, and unused. If return/exchange merchandise has been used the merchandise will be refused. Customer must obtain a return authorization number from Classic Accessories Import through email or telephone. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. Return/exchange items must be returned through a delivery carrier that can trace the shipment; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Please be aware that our enamel is not guaranteed and can wear off when in contact with certain chemicals found in body lotions, sunscreens, perfumes, chlorine, etc.

Orders:

A $10.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) service charge will be added to orders under $200.

Terms:

We accept Company Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

For Company Checks, we will require credit approval and bank references. Any other checks will require clearance of funds. Please allow ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We can not guarantee the availability of item(s).

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS.
